Lean Sigma Systems is located in Co. Cork, Ireland and offers a National and International Consultancy and Training service in Lean, Six Sigma and Business Process Improvement. Established in 2006, Lean Sigma Systems work with their clients to transform their business into a streamlined enterprise incorporating the best methodology to suit their needs in empowering all levels within the company, to maximise profit, minimise cost and dramatically improve customer satisfaction.

We pride ourselves on developing with our clients custom made consultancy and training solutions that address their specific needs and requirements. Susan has over fifteen years experience in Lean and Six Sigma Training and Consultancy. In this time she has worked within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device, Aviation, Electronics, Hotel and Catering, IT and Financial Services in the private and public sectors. An Engineering and Science honours graduate from Cork Institute of Technology and Dublin City University, Susan is a certified IQF Master Black Belt, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Air Academy Associates and American Society for Quality as well as a certified Lean Practitioner from University of Limerick. Since the establishment of Lean Sigma Systems in 2006, she can boast a varied and very distinguished client base. She is also a FAS registered trainer.

Jerry Daly, NCEA Cert Eng
Director- Lean Sigma Systems

Jerry is a founding member of Lean Sigma Systems Ltd. He formerly held supervisory and safety roles in both the electronics and pharmaceutical sectors for over 15 years. Under his directorship, the Company has achieved tremendous growth and he has taken initiatives towards strategic development of business under the Lean Sigma Systems brand. Jerry is a very enthusiastic and proactive individual and his strong directorship in conjunction with Susan Clancy is responsible for the impressive growth achieved by Lean Sigma Systems since its formation in 2006.

Donal O'Leary, BSc, C.P.I.M.
Consultant, Trainer & Managing Director - Metrology Systems & Services

Donal is a Registered and Certified Assessor with the Institute of Management U.K and a qualified ISO 9000 Auditor, he is also an Approved Assessor for the European Foundation for Quality Management Business Excellence Model. Donal has developed and presented both accredited and customized training programmes in Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, Calibration, Statistical Process Control and Quality Assurance to the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, medical devices and motor components industries since 1992.

Jerome Riordan is a Consultant, Coach and Trainer. Combining his business and psychology backgrounds Jerome has developed focused training programmes to enhance the conflict management, influencing and interviewing skills of leaders. It is a person centred leadership approach designed to equip participants to develop supportive working relationships. In essence it gives leaders the tools to create their own effective teams, thereby increasing productivity and reducing absenteeism. To date Jerome has presented these programmes to the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. A commerce graduate from UCC, Jerome has also completed diplomas in Business coaching and interpersonal psychology.

Barry Lynch, B.E., Dip. Mech Eng.

Barry Lynch is an independent Coach, Training-Consultant and Certified Master Trainer in Edward deBono's 'Six Thinking Hats' and 'Lateral Thinking' training programmes, and is also a certified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Practitioner. Since 1998 Barry has worked full time as an independent training consultant & coach, with a variety of clients in Ireland, the UK, France and South Africa, presenting a wide range of training & development programmes on topics such as Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Time Management, Stress Management, Managing Meetings, Problem Solving, Team Building, and one-to-one Performance Coaching.

Maria Ryan, BEng, MBA
Consultant, Trainer and Managing Director - Crystal Business Solutions

Maria, a Six Sigma Blackbelt, has worked in various staff and managerial roles within Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Commercial and Chemical Industries over the past fourteen years. Maria established Crystal Business Solutions in 2008 offering companies’ services in the area of Training, Project Management, Mentoring and Strategic Direction in the area of Lean and Six-Sigma. Marias’ style ensures that tremendous energy is brought to radically improve processes. As a certified Train the Trainer, she engages the trainees to not only enjoy the training experience, but ensures that the trainee can apply practical tools upon their return to the working environment. Maria has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Limerick which enhance the practical nature of the services provided.
